I started making black raspberry jam a couple of years ago. I found a cache of them growing wild near my house, so I spend a month or so foraging for the berries and then make a few small batches of jam. It's definitely labor intensive, but I kind of enjoy the process. It's definitely a labor of love, and it's very popular with my friends.

I'm starting to see strawberries, and my raspberry canes are springing back to life. Can't wait to start harvesting them :)
Oh I LOVE Raspberry jam!!!! You lucky man!! I want to try to do a raspberry and a blueberry and a blackberry bush for my garden!!!
