I've been doing research on different diets and exercise programs over the past 6 months and this is what I've learned....
1) Some of these diets are DANGEROUS.
2) Almost ANY diet will work- if you stick with it.
3) Eat as Cleanly as possible- in other words- avoid processed and fast food as much as possible.
4) Drink plenty of water.
5) Exercise in some way, shape, or form- every day.
6) Sugar is NOT something our body needs to survive. It just tastes REALLY REALLY GOOD!!!

All true girl and I guess I have tried just about everything. The eat right for my type is the only one I have been able to stick with.
I may fall off the wagon a time or two while on the cruise but I will try to be good. Hope you've had a really good day.
