I know what the "Experts" say about eating fruits(and for some reason they really push the apples) when you're trying to lose weight.
But here's the thing.....I can't eat apples. I mean I can, but when I eat apples- in 10 minutes I am hungry- And by hungry, I mean I'm hungrier than I was before I ate the apple. And by hungrier- I mean absolutely
RAVENOUS.
Anyone have any logical explanation as to why?
