He's Screwed.
Married to a CSI Forensics expert....she got suspicious about his comings and goings and eventually tested his underwear for DNA not matching his or her own. And found some.
D-I-V-O-R-C-E C-O-U-R-T.
Of course, she got fired for using lab equipment for the testing. Not ethical....but what's the big deal? We ALL have used the copy machine for making personal copies of stuff. Same concept. No difference...except for the slight cost variance for the paper and ink and the DNA test materials. Just a few hundred dollars difference.
What Idiots.
Him for screwing around on his wife knowing full well she could get the evidence at the drop of a hat....and HER for losing her job over such a loser.

How about, she gets a stern reprimand and a fine (equal to the resources used for the test). Jeez!
Nope, MC, not in law enforcement. It's considered a flaw in her honesty and it won't be tolerated. Basically she screwed herself for LIFE because from now on, in every piece of evidence she handles/handled, the prosecutor or the defense attorney would be bringing her "indiscretion" of the rules into play as doubt on the evidence she handled and it would be used as leverage for their side of the case.
She is no longer trust-worthy and law abiding- she "broke the rules" and her integrity is forever tarnished,
Sad, but true.
And to be honest- I wouldn't want her testimony or work involved in any case I was involved in either.
Dang...I heard about this. I can only imagine how she feels. But I understand every point you made about her no longer being trustworthy in the eyes of her employers.
